CANCELLATION ON ORDER BY BUYER

      CANCELLATION UNTIL ITEM IS SHIPPED BY COUTLOOT

  • You can cancel your order until the item is shipped from Coutloot Warehouse.
  • Send us a mail at hi@coutloot.com with order id and reason for cancellation. This will then be processed by our operations team.
  • If the button is not present and you can not see it, it means that the item has been already shipped from our side.

      CANCELLATION AFTER ITEM HAS BEEN SHIPPED

  • Once an order has been shipped, a cancellation may only be processed in the form of a return request.
  • You have until 3 days after receipt of the item to process a return request.

CANCELLATION ON ORDER BY SELLER

We know that you don’t like it when your order gets cancelled! And we feel even worse about it.
But sometimes Sellers are NOT able to fulfill order. Occasionally this happens only when:


  • Seller not available: If the seller does not confirm the order within 5 days, the order will be cancelled. A full refund will be processed.
  • Seller Cancelled Order: Sometimes Sellers are unable to confirm the order maybe due to unavailability of product or damaged goods. A full refund will be processed.

REFUND POLICY

Once we receive your returned product, we will do a quick quality check of the product at our hub and as and when the product passes the quality check we will credit the amount you paid for the products to your COUTLOOT CREDITS or the original mode of payment (Net Banking, Debit or Credit card).

If the picked up product does not pass the quality check, we shall donate the product to an NGO and no refunds will be processed for the same. We will initiate the refund within 7 business days of approval.

Coutloot is not responsible for any delay which may occur due to the functioning of third party entities such as Banks etc.
