How do i sell on Coutloot?
- Download and register on the Coutloot App.
- There is a red'SELL' option in the bottom center of the homepage.
- Click on that and follow the instructions.
- After you're done , our experts will review and approve/disapprove your listing based on their quality guidelines.
- You will be notified once your product has been sold.
How to sell faster?
- Post on Instagram,facebook , twitter saying 'Hey guys! Check out my closet on Coutloot and shop some really cool stuff'.
- Text your friends.
- Spread the word on Whatsapp groups and let everyone know about your closet on Coutloot.
What products can i sell on Coutloot?
- You can sell fashion [clothes,accessories,jewelry etc]
- Books
- Electronics [phones,laptops,tablets etc]
How do i check my earnings for the items listed/sold?
- click on the 'account' in the Coutloot app.
- click on 'wallet,cashout'.
- Your wallet money and credits will be visible here.
Why is my listings unapproved/rejected?
- If you have submitted a damaged product, your listingwill be rejected.
- Please check your email to know the exact reason for your product being rejected.
- Your wallet money and credits will be visible here.
How long does it take for my product to get approved?
- Your product will be approved in 60 minutes of you listing it.
An item which i listed is no longer available with me what should i do?
- click on your 'account'->'my Listings'
- click on the 'Edit' option on the product and 'Delete'.
- Or if your product is sold, click on 'Mark as Sold'
What is the commission fee and how much commission is charged?
- Direct shipping commission charges-9% + pick-up charges.
- Ship Via Coutloot commission charges-15% + pick-up charges.
