Product Selling
1. How do I sell on Coutloot Swipe?
- Download and register on the Coutloot Swipe App.
- There is a "LIST" option in the bottom center of the homepage.
- Tap on that and follow the instructions.
- After you're done, our experts will review and approve/disapprove your listing.
- You will be notified once your product has been sold.
2. How to sell faster?
- Post on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter saying 'Hey guys! Check out my closet on Coutloot and shop some cool
stuff.
- Text your friends.
- Spread the word on Whatsapp groups and let everyone know about your closet on Coutloot.
- Other than that, you can also use our Promotional Plans to increase the number of your sales.
3. What products can I sell on Coutloot??
- You can sell fashion [clothes, accessories, jewellery, etc]
- Books
- Electronics [phones, laptops, tablets, etc]
4. How do I price my products?
- Go to "Profile" in app
- Tap on "My Transactions" under Manage section in the Coutloot Swipe app.
- There you can check your earnings.
5. Why do my listings get unapproved/rejected?
- If you have submitted a damaged product or poor quality image or video your listing will be rejected.
- Please check your email to know the exact reason for your product getting rejected.
6. How long does it take for my product to get approved?
- Your product will be approved within 2 minutes of you listing it.
7. How to set the right price of the product?
- You can easily set a price by checking at what price other sellers are selling similar products.
8. An item which I listed is no longer available to me. What should I do now?
- Tap on your Profile and go to 'My Listings' under Manage section
- Tap on Edit
- Then tap on the delete option.
- Then choose the option suitable to you, and your product will be removed.
Payments
1. My item just got sold. When do I get paid?
- If its an online payment then amount will be transferred to your bank account once the buyer verify the
delivery of the product.
Pick Up and Tracking
1. As a seller if I receive an order then how to schedule a pick up?
- You will have to self deliver the product. Currently, we don't provide any logistics service.
Buyer
1. Are there any categories of products that are non-returnable?
- Return is totally managed by the seller. It depends on the seller whether he/she is providing any return
option.
2. What do I do if my order is received in damaged condition?
- You can request for 'return' to seller.
- In case of online payment if seller agrees then your money will be refunded to your source account.
3. For how long can I hold the products in my cart?
- You can hold the product in your cart for 24 hours.
4. The pictures shown on the site and the product I have received are not the same. What should I do?
- You can request a 'return' or exchange the product.
- In the future, you can chat with the buyer and ask for more images of the product before buying it.
Orders
1.How to place an order on Coutloot?
- You can easily place an order once you select the product, and add it to the cart.
- Then add address
- Next you can select the payment option and then tap on "Place Order"
2. How to change quantities of Orders in the cart?
- To change the quantity, you can open your product in the cart and there you can easily increase or decrease the
product quantity by Taping on + or - option.
3. I received a different item from the one that I ordered. What should I do?
- You can report to us on support@coutloot.com
6. I got an error while placing the order. I'm not sure if the order is placed.
- Please write to us on support@coutloot.com with your phone no and email id and our customer care executive will
get back to you.
Payments
1. How can I pay for my order at Coutloot?
You can pay COD (Cash on delivery) or online via Debit or Credit Card, Netbanking, and Paytm.
2. What should I do if my payment fails?
- Please write to us on support@coutloot.com our customer care team to assist you further.
3. What happens to my deducted money from my debit card/credit card for an unsuccessful order?
- If the payment was made Online/Net Banking/Paytm, the amount will be transferred to your source account.
4. I was unavailable at the time of delivery. How can I get my order now?
- You can reach out to the seller or write to us on support@coutloot.com if you face any issue.
