RETURNS PROCESS:

You can request a return for the product within 3 days after it has been delivered to you. After which this service will be disabled.
Your return request will be approved/rejected within 48 hours.
You will be notified of the pick date and time through sms.
You can then track return request from your end itself.
Once the product is picked up , it will be brought back to the hub for validation.
The entire proces including refunds(if any) will take 7 working days.

REFUND POLICY.

Returns for products below 200INR Product price are not accepted
All items must be in perfect condition and return as delivered. Inner wear won't be accepted as a return once delivered.
Once the product is picked up , it will be brought back to the hub fir validation. Your refund will be credited back to your Coutloot wallet/credits once the product has been received back at the hub.
You can check your coutloot account balance under 'Account'>>'My Money'>>'Coutloot Wallet'/'Coutloot Credits'

Item missing.
Received a different item.
Item didn't match product description.
Misrepresentation from Coutloot.

Expected a different brand/color/size/fit.
Item quality issues.

NO REFUND.

Your product will not be eligible for return if it belongs to any of these categories-Jewellery, Phone covers , make up(Beauty Products),watches or lingerie.

Product returned.

It stays with us until further.

Want it back? Pay 200 and take the product with you.

If any product is returned to Coutloot before 3 days of delivery, the seller will not receive his/her earnings.

For sellers- you will be charged Rs. 50 for unavailability of the product. Additionally , your Coutloot account will be deactivated from our end without your consent if there are multiple instances of order cancellations from your end.
